4: Desha no longer works there, and doesn't answer her texts, even though she claims to still cut hair (at least her voice message still says she does). I'll be calling Studio M again, but NOT Desha.

I went in to get a SERIOUS hair cut with Desha and told her I didn't blow my hair dry or use product in it. She told me she wasn't going to use any more product than the leave in conditioner she's just put in, but she used a generous amount of hair spray. She was also quite adamant I get my money's worth and get the blow out and curling iron, "since it's included". Did a pretty good haircut, but no one told me that you had to pay with only cash or venmo. When it came time to pay, I had to go and get a cash advance to pay since they don't take cards.
Booked with Michelle from reading the Google reviews. She's great! I was not disappointed. I would definitely recommend her services. She's very knowledgeable in her craft. Not only that, she's very entertaining to chat with while sitting in her chair.
