Dr. Elizabeth Ortiz-Gonzalez is a fantastic provider and I'm so happy she is my primary care doctor. It took a while to get an appointment to establish as a new patient, but that is to be expected with nearly every medical practice. She is well worth the wait. She spends plenty of time with her patients and explains things clearly so you aren't left with a ton of questions after your visit. She truly believes in her patients and doesn't make you feel bad about yourself, listens to you, and comes up with practical solutions. Dr. Ortiz-Gonzalez and her team are rock stars and deserve all the praise for the hard work they do every day.
Efficient, friendly and smart!! Those healthcare professionals are the best! The nurse was so nice and detailed in her questions to me, and the PA was thorough, spending a great amount of time accessing my needs.
The bad thing about this place is that for some reason they can't keep up with theirs doctor's.So far in like three years I been through 4 different ones (gone).I'm thinking that the company is giving them too much work and not enough paid.:(?
