After reaching an amicable fee for work agreed upon, we hired James. He arrived promptly for the free quote, and also for the scheduled work appt. We are extremely pleased with the trimming he did on our overgrown Pigmy Palms. He is definitely a professional with regard to his profession. The area he worked on looks so different (better) than before the trimming, and we really like the new clean view. Would highly recommend, and we'll definitely be calling on James again.
