No one likes to be taken advantage of...If there is an "upcharge" for selecting a different nail color, it is your responsibility to inform the customer.Not slap them with a higher fee and then "explain after" it's because of the nail color --->you showed me.Not a good way to build trust for a "repeat customer"who tips well.

I visited this salon to get a French manicure on my natural nailsThe male nail tech proceeded to cut my nails off when I asked him why he cut my nails off he stated he was the professional nail techSo he proceeded to attach fake tips to my nails which at this point what was I going to doAll said and doneI looked around for a price list to see exactly what this new set of nails was going to cost me rather than a French tip polish service…Low and behold there was not a list of services and /or the cost of the services offered at the salon..I paid my bill of $60.00 and all I wanted was a polishPretty expensive polish.. oh that’s right the ‘nail tech’Decided I...read full review

I went today for an overlay with gel polish. The nail tech started to lay the acrylic and it was too much. I informed her and she said she would fix later. Once it was time to file the acrylic down, she also filed my nails off. She had another nail tech to complete my set and then apologized. Once I was done, (paying $45 by the way), I called what supposed to be their Corporate office to leave a complaint. As I'm explaining to the lady that was on the line what happened, she then tells me to basically lower my tone because I'm yelling at her.
