I got home and realized they had not only smudged the polish but the acrylic was outside of my nail. These nails to not hold up, I didn't even have them for a week before I went to go buckle my little sister into her car seat and the pinkie completely ripped off and ripped my real nail in half

When I questioned nail tech Tony why he didn’t do lotion on my legs he started yelling at me and told me he did do it. He didn’t do the lotion massage, no question about it as there was no lotion residue on my legs. Which I asked him to stop yelling as potential customers were staring and then walking off. He said he didn’t care. He makes lots of money. He continued to yell for several minutes. Very unpleasant. Extremely rude. I won’t go back.

No one likes to be taken advantage of...If there is an "upcharge" for selecting a different nail color, it is your responsibility to inform the customer.Not slap them with a higher fee and then "explain after" it's because of the nail color --->you showed me.Not a good way to build trust for a "repeat customer"who tips well.
