From the time I walked in till the time I left they were so friendly! The receptionist helped me get my id out of my wallet! Answered all of my questions. Once I got back in the room the medical assistant was very polite and friendly! He even had a med student and she was nice! The doctor came in also very friendly. He was in and out of the room in about 5 min and I was discharged. This was the fastest I have ever been in and out of urgent care! I highly recommend coming here. I hope I don’t have to go back anytime soon but this is where I will be coming if I do!
The Doctor (I believe her last name is Knafel) (blonde lady) who treated my spider bite was absolutely amazing. She took the time to evaluate everything very closely, and was very nice. Just wanted to let everyone know how great this place is, and how well taken care of I was.
Often times I have a medical issue that is less than a full blown Emergency but needs attention sooner than my primary doctor can see me for. I am genuinely thankful for the staff at PrimeHealth Urgent Care. They genuinely care and make me feel I am a special patient every time I go. I freely give my highest referral and recommendation to anyone that needs quality same-day medical care. They always make my boo-boos go bye-bye with a smile.
