We needed a second opinion on a pool light repair. We were concerned the problem was not correctly diagnosed and the estimate was super expensive. Neighbors recommended Pools by Lowell. Our pool is taken care of by Matt. He is a great guy. He is always polite and thorough. I don't know how he does it. It is obviously a rather mundane job, but he is always on schedule. The only thing I would like to see is a more proactive approach from the company. We had black dot algae this past spring and it got quite bad before anything was finally done to resolve the issue.
