They gave you a questionnaire to fill out to find out where you would like for them to focus on but then they never even massaged those areas. I specifically show them that I wanted my legs and my feet worked on but they insisted on working on my shoulders and not my legs and not my feet. I was very disappointed when she told me she was finished and I had never even touched my feet.... Considering that I got the service they wanted to give me rather than the service that I thought I was paying for I'm going to have to rate this low.
