Allen, Dean, and Rocco were extremely professional and courteous. They took the time to work through a couple of challenging projects and made sure the final results were optimized for me as the homeowner. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough throughout the service.
They installed a dedicated 20A GFCI circuit for my garage refrigerator to improve reliability and safety, and to help prevent losing perishable items due to an electrical issue.
They also handled a complex in-wall wiring install for a wall-mounted TV, running the wiring down to a hidden cutout behind our TV console. The end result looks clean and truly professional.

Phenomenal customer service from initial phone call through to their onsite service delivery. A very positive experience. The electricians were professional and experienced- prompt in arrival and friendly, they diagnosed the problem almost immediately after troubleshooting the issue (a problem that previously hired electrician could not), they were knowledgeable and very honest in their recommended solution. It has been a rare occasion since moving to Florida to come across a professional company like New Dawn Electric.
We were assigned NDE by our home warranty company. From the initial contact via text immediately after the request for repair was placed, to the phone call to schedule the repair up to the reminder text the morning of and finally the "we are 15 minutes away" text, the communication was perfect. I highly recommend the two service technicians who did our work, Luke and Gage. Both were polite, explained what had to be done, and why it was not covered by the warranty company.
