What stood out the most was how thorough and thoughtful she was throughout the entire process. She didn’t rush anything and made sure to check in along the way, explaining what she was doing and why. It felt very collaborative, which I appreciated so much.

And the results? Amazing. She absolutely delivered—my hair is the perfect shade of blonde I was hoping for. It looks bright and still feels healthy, which is so important to me— especially as a fellow hair stylist. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and takes pride in her work.
