They continue to close my tickets regarding my dead lawn claiming people went to see our back lawn AND applied fertilizer AND treated turf weeds. We have the UniFi Protect video surveillance system WHICH RECORDS EVERY SINGLE SECOND OF ACTIVITY IN THE FRONT AND BACK OF THE HOUSE. Not one person has been there to inspect the lawn as they said would happen. All we have is an 8 second video on Jan 6 of a person spraying a small area of the lawn from OUTSIDE OF THE FENCE. He didn’t even walk through the gate to spray whatever it was over ALL OF THE DEAD LAWN. Instead, he stood in one spot, outside of the fence, and sprayed for 8 seconds. Yep, 8 whole seconds. I live in evergreen of manatee north pod also known as evergreen estates. Juniper ignores all complaints from home owners about irrigation issues running nonstop for 12 hours or more. I have called, they said they would send someone out but nothing ever happened. So when the system goes on it doesn’t shut off you have to turn it off from the box in your yard.
If you want your neighborhood to look unsellable hire Juniper! I’ve genuinely never seen such terrible landscape work in a maintenance free community. Turf weeds everywhere, dead grass everywhere, No working irrigation for almost a year. The account manager is completely missing in action and no way to get in contact. Several months ago they ran into my backflow, $500 repair I had to pay, accurate said this was 100% caused by lawn mower they helped me get together paperwork and documents to submit to Juniper, I’ve still never received a call back.
