The Staff and Dr Serpentelli are passionate about quality care and just want to make sure all clients are happy with their experience. Dr Serpentelli went above and beyond my expectations to diagnose my issue and made a plan for my recovery.
Dr Serpentelli and his entire staff are there for their patients. Kind, respectful … and aware. On a particular visit, the front desk ladies could tell I wasn’t having a good day. Immediately they asked if they could call my daughter. I assured them I just needed a minute. She helped me to a chair, brought water, kept watch. When I left, she said she was calling me in twenty minutes to check on me. Dr Serpentelli I trust to get me through this unexpected pain. Improvement has been made!!
Absolutely amazing! Dr. Serpentelli is the best. Down to earth, professional, personal and knowledgeable. The staff is kind and efficient. Would recommend for any chiropractic or health needs.
