Best message Ive ever had! Be prepared for an amazing therapeutic experience. Sara is attentive, intuitive, and in-tune with body work. She understands the system, and knows whats needed to ACTUALLY heal!! She was able to apply the pressure and leverage the body in the ways she needed to really blast the fascia. She guided me through the trigger points by reminding me to breathe, and used hot stones to penetrate deeper. I felt amazing after. I went in for sciatic issues and a pulled hamstring.
