This is our 1st time with Home Instead. We have never had anyone come in & take care of us like this. 'Lovely' is excellent & we have requested her to be our person who comes every time. There are not enough words to explain how much this help means. Again, thank you, and can't wait to have 'Lovely' come back
We are so grateful for our Home Instead caregivers. Kim, Karen and Kay are like the dream team. They have been helping us care for my mother who has pancreatic cancer and I honestly don't know what we'd do without them. They are thoughtful and caring and really know how to take care of her.
For several years, our agency has used Home Instead for 24-hour care for one of our clients. Linda E, Valley, Michelle B., Fran L., Pam, and Barb (hope I got them all) maintain a wonderful home for her and provide excellent care, both physically and emotionally. They also make sure her beloved pets are well cared for, too, which is vital to our circumstances. Over the years, there have been challenges; our gal can be a challenge.
