Chris is my regular stylist now she is amazing. Their system is set up perfectly. You can check in online. It’ll give you an approximate time that you have to be there in order to not have to wait although they do take walk-ins and if you call and have a specific person that you like to use regularly as your stylist they will let you know if they’re on duty, and if not, when they will be on duty, their prices are reasonable, and all of the staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and pleasant. Thank you Tyler! Tyler was filling in at the University location in Sarasota the day I arrived at that location for a haircut. During my wait time I observed her amazing talent and professionalism with another customer. And I was then Tyler's next customer. Tyler is an amazing hairstylist. Not only did I receive the perfect cut she took the time to explain layering vs short layering to me. She strives for perfection and took additional time and effort to provide the best service.
