The haircut was ok. But one of the hairdressers just constantly complaining about EVERYTHING from customers walking in, to customers wearing a sweater, to a child's hair texture across the room in front of the packed shop, to a customer having a sweater on in this beautiful cooler morning because she just moved from the north and the customer didn't need a sweater in her eyes, to asking a lady who has allergies wearing a mask if she's sick. She wasn't the one cutting my hair but talking to the one who was mine.

I walked into Great Clips, was greeted immediately, and added to the wait list. 20 minutes later, I was fortunate to be seated in Sophie's salon chair. Sophie asked how I wanted my cut and did exactly what I described and wanted. She is an experienced and excellent stylist. Her attention to detail is spot on, even to the point of aking if I wanted my eyebrows trimmed (desperately needed!). Highly recommend Great Clips! Thank you Sophie.
