They notified Social Security and got my Dad his US flag, as a qualified veteran. I found an urn that I really loved & they transferred for me. Sam really went above and beyond for my family. I stopped in to simply buy an urn. Sam could sense I was upset and asked about my situation. I explained that my father had passed away in Maine and while his remains were sent to my mother here in Bradenton, there was a storm and the box that he was in had been compromised and was soaked. He was so compassionate and empathetic and said if we needed help or anything he’d be willing to transfer my father’s remains into the urn for us.
