This is my 2nd Kia Soul. Seems like the service gets better each time. This time Crystal called me an Uber to take me home & pick me up. Taking an Uber may be common place for most people, but this was my FIRST time!!! It was very special!! Thank you!!
Upon arrival, my fiancé and I were initially greeted by a gentleman, stating the car we were wanting to look at was “for someone else” and that “we needed to look at something different.” We had arranged prior with Addy, and he still insisted it was not for us, stating word for word, “you can’t have that vehicle”. I wish I had gotten his name. He was rude, and snobby, and because of his attitude we almost walked away—I’m very glad we didn’t. Addy then came out, treated us with care, was personable, and didn’t make it feel like we were just another check. She listened, was attentive and explained everything throughout the whole process. Went in to buy a new vehicle. They were friendly/low pressure to negotiate with, except for the finance/service payments part of the buying process, so I would recommend going to them for your next vehicle purchase.
