I've worn French cuff shirts for over 20 years. They tend to get dirtier than the usual dress shirts. I dropped off my suit and shirt. I pointed out the dirt spot and the clerk marked it. When I picked up my dry cleaning, it didn't look like any effert was made to properly clean the shirt. The clerk said she would resend it back at no charge. When I picked up the shirt, it appeared nothing was done. The clerks attitude was that's the best we can do. I asked her for the owners name; she said Bobby Patel .. Hours of this business are posted as closing at 6 pm. Arrived at 5:45 to drop off. Lady at the counter was very upset I did not get there earlier. Stated I needed to arrive earlier. I stated their hours were posted until 6 and it was 5:47. She stated that now she could not leave at 6 as there was too much work for her. I have used this dry cleaners several times in the past. Never had a problem. I was dropping off 20 dress shirts, by typical order. I told her I did not wish to bother her with my business and left. I have used this dry cleaner for about 3 yrs. I have not found them overly friendly, but adequate. Today I walked in at 5:45 to drop off 20 dress shirts to prepare for a long trip. The lady at the counter was just finishing up with a gentlemen in front of me and shot me a very angry look. The gentlemen left and she stated I needed to get their earlier. I stated they close at six and it was now 5:50. She stated that because of me she was not going to be able to leave at 6. Seeing how they close at six, I'm not sure how she could leave at 6.
