replaced buttons to my suit. they're a close match. that's fine. but theydid not dry clean my blazer after asking them to. they had my suit for almost two weeks...sloppy. I found stray pieces of thread from the added buttons. I found pet fur on my jacket. they could've at least run a lint brush over the jacket. stay away from this place! I went there out of convenience but will not use again. No bueno!
If my other post is still out there. I retract it. The owner call me back and said he would make good on the shirt they ruined but I'll withhold more stars until I see what they do
I have been going to these folks for about 2.5 years. I am in their establishment pretty much every week with clothes that need cleaning. Debbie is almost always there to greet me and get me going quickly. She is SUPER HELPFUL! In the hundreds of garments I have had serviced there may have been 1 or 2 buttons that got damaged, but they took care of it quickly and NO drama. I have also used their alteration service for patches for my kids various activities. This service has not failed me yet. I see a lot of negative remarks on this string and I simply don't see it. Folks have to remember, it's a cleaning service, NOT a MIRACLE service.
