“Blown away at the quality and customer service!! I bought a bouquet here a few months ago, and inquired about black roses. They said they can do them- no problem, but they need to be preordered. I placed an order for my best friends birthday a few days in advance.
Upon walking in to pick them up, the girls behind the counter examined the roses and exchanged some hushed words. Jennifer kindly came up to me and said she wouldn’t feel comfortable selling me these roses, as they’re not up to their usual standard (I guess they looked a little sloppy - black paint on the stems etc) but I truly didn’t mind, my best friend is very low maintenance. I suggested to throw some greenery in there, idk like two ferns to hide the stems?
When I told her I couldn’t come back later due to time restraints, she asked if I could wait 15 minutes and then emerged with the most stunning bouquet I’ve ever seen. She asked questions about my best friend to gauge her personality to build the perfect bouquet. AND THEN refunded my money, even though I insisted to pay for the service (I’m in hospitality and understand these things happen).
What might seem like such a small gesture, just gained this girls business for life.
Jennifer, thank you for your hospitality and incredible eye for florals. I refuse to buy flowers anywhere else!

“Beautiful flowers, as described. The shop called me the day before to discuss an alternate container because the one I had chosen was not available. They were able to substitute a similar one in a different color that complemented the daisy bouquet. Flowers were delivered to my mom on time, and I received a delivery notice and photo. My mom loved the flowers - perfect for Mother's Day. The price was reasonable and the service was good. I would order from this shop again.“
