Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I went to this location yesterday. Pam did my cut and color and I absolutely love it she was kind and we had a good chat while she worked her magic. Today I took my daughter to get her first professional cut and Stephanie was amazing with her! We will both definitely be back.

Stopped in at last minute and got hair cuts for myself and my daughter. I was pleased with my cut, as usual, but we were not pleased with my daughter's end results.The owner of the company not only reached out to me immediately to get full details of the situation, but she continued to reach out and offer suggestions to resolve it. She coached her team, added a few procedures in her operations to assist the customer in obtaining their best results and refunded me for the bad experience.I have been a regular customer of Fantastic Sam's and will continue to do so. Maggie is amazing! I recently relocated to the Sarasota area from CLE, OH. I have short hair and have been having a challenge finding a stylist that understands how I like my cut (razor cut) and color. Being Maggie is from the CLE area and trained in OH she understood me. I got compliments at work that evening from my friends on my hair style! Maggie is great! Highly recommend!!
