Time was spent analyzing my particular needs and answering all my questions (and I had many). His fees were reasonable and his ethics and knowledge saved me some unnecessary expense as well. We worked with Bishop Toups in the Venice office to create an estate planning package. We wanted someone experienced in elder law and asset protection planning. We felt Mr Toups more than adequate in all these areas, and through the implementation of an Enhanced Estate (Lady Bird) Deed we are able to avoid probate. Florida laws are significantly more complex dealing with the elderly than what we found previously in Texas and Pennsylvania. We recommend Mr Toups.
