Cooper Appliance contacted us back quickly about service for our microwave. They got us on the schedule to take a look at our Microwave quickly, identified the issue and notified AHS and keep in contact with me through the entire process to let me know what was happening and also the time line as to when they would be back with us. There communication and follow up was great! Great customer service! The technician that came out was also very nice and helpful and seemed very knowledgeable about his job and explained what was happening and how he was going to proceed. We are so thankful that AHS referred our refrigerator service to Cooper Appliances. Matt and Steve were very professional and their expertise was evident from the time they arrived until the problem was fixed. We also appreciate the good communication from the office with regards to appointment times and order progress and service arrival. We will use Cooper Appliances in the future for any appliance service or purchase.
