Comprehensive Med Psych Systems of Florida - Bradenton

Angela bushell is the reason for my review. Seemed nice my first visit. The second she started being rude when I didn’t know what I wanted to talk about. Why would I just know off the top of my head? I’ve never been to therapy? And I was explaining my past experiences with loosing friends and she said “well that would make sense why they would stop talking to you” that’s not something you say to somebody with extensive mental health disorders.

I am extremely unhappy with the way the office is run at the Bradenton office. I have been with my psychiatrist and psychologist for over 3 years and they have helped me SO much, but the office is a different story. They have caused me so much trouble and have always been very rude. Hard to believe when people they talk to have mental health problems. They called me an hour before my appointment with the psychiatrist and said their internet was out and had to cancel. I know things like this happen, but when I made another appointment with Kelly she set one up four days later because I said I was having a really hard time and wanted to talk to him. Took a bit to recognize the proper way to reach out to the MA and the Dr.Other than that they are great and saved my life.After decades of hesitation I decided to reach out and allowed Dr. Robison provided me the help I desperately needed.Super friendly staff and of course Dr. R is great!Compassionate, down to earth and expresses a legitimate level of care for my situation.
