I am extremely unhappy with the way the office is run at the Bradenton office. I have been with my psychiatrist and psychologist for over 3 years and they have helped me SO much, but the office is a different story. They have caused me so much trouble and have always been very rude. Hard to believe when people they talk to have mental health problems. They called me an hour before my appointment with the psychiatrist and said their internet was out and had to cancel. I know things like this happen, but when I made another appointment with Kelly she set one up four days later because I said I was having a really hard time and wanted to talk to him. Took a bit to recognize the proper way to reach out to the MA and the Dr.Other than that they are great and saved my life.After decades of hesitation I decided to reach out and allowed Dr. Robison provided me the help I desperately needed.Super friendly staff and of course Dr. R is great!Compassionate, down to earth and expresses a legitimate level of care for my situation.
Seriously the worst place ever! I made an appt with Dr DeSantis. I never was told that I would get paperwork emailed to me. The med assistant called Wed to tell me about it. When I got home I realized that they sent me the instructions but no link. I called the next morning and they said they would send it again. And again I got nothing. I called again and left a message asking if maybe she could just text me the info. About 30 min later I get a text with a link to, what I assumed was, my paperwork.
