I want to start off by saying that everyone here is amazing, they are so loving and caring for your pet and your situation, whatever it may be. They are so compassionate and kind, about 3 weeks ago I had to take my handsome 15yr old Casper as emergency, I could barely focus because I was so scared and worried for my bubby but the staff was so helpful. Unfortunately we made the heartbreaking decision to let him go ? the staff was so patient with us, especially with me because I think the whole clinic heard my wailing, it was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make, the vet doctor was truly such an amazing person and offered me comfort. I have you all in my hearts, very professional, kind, lovely, compassionate, and perfect staff. Everything since the beginning to the end. You made my loss special, and I am forever grateful about the way you treated me and my beautiful osa. If you really need any kind of help with your pets I highly recommend it, they will be honest and empathetic. The letter was really the cherry on top ? thank you guys!
These folks were great when I thought my dog had gotten mixed up with a cane toad.
I can't say enough good things about them. It's so nice to know we have that hospital here in Bradenton. Special shout out to Jaydn, who made a terrifying experience so much easier to deal with.
