Dr. Holyk is the best.
My wife has been seen at this practice for many years. The Doctors she has seen have been excellent. Until recently, so was the customer service. This has totally changed, and for the worse. It is often impossible, regardless of when during business hours you call, to get a human being. Every option - including make a new appointment & the operator! - leads to telling you to leave a message. Then, the messages you leave are not returned. It is so bad we are going to find a new cardiologist.
I can't speak to the office operations and supporting staff competency but I am very thankful for the calm, patient and encouraging demeanor of Dr. Friedman. I had triple bypass open heart surgery almost a year ago and the follow up appointments with him have been key to keeping me on track and making sustained progress. Thank you for everything!
