I needed a medical release for a dental procedure. I was having and it happened to be Thursday the Labor Day weekend I drop the paperwork off and I was unable to pick the paperwork up on Friday Tuesday. I went to pick the paperwork up the medical form, the receptionist Asia J she was so professional outstanding and so accommodating she went over and above to get my medical paper released for my dental procedure that was going to be two days later please recognize Asia J works for Bradenton cardiology receptionist very professional thank you Asia J.
I have had exceptional, professional service and great results from Drs Friedman and Mathews as well as all their diagnostic and support staff over the many years and numerous procedures.
Disappointed with the offices lack of communication. Hard to schedule, rarely call with results & if they deem them “good” you hear nothing. Whether symptoms continue or not… I was told my results would be on the portal which they have not been & after multiple calls, I give up trying to get in contact. As a business owner myself I couldn’t imagine operating this way. Especially with cardiology. I will have to get a second opinion elsewhere. Do better.
