I call them to have my tank cleaned and the came and they only said I needed my screen clean that I had a couple more years to go . They could have easily charged me for cleaning the tank but the didn't I appreciate the honesty.

Very happy with service. They did a thorough inspection and cleaning, called before arrival at a reasonable price. Unlike other septic cleaning companies they opened both access covers and cleaned the filter

Had to call on a Saturday due to a backed up septic system. Blue Septic kept me informed about their travel time from when they were enroute and when to expect their arrival. Ryan went above and beyond the pump out and identified what was causing the problem.
