Apex Roofing Contractors ignored our HOA’s No Soliciting sign and trespassed onto my property uninvited—despite a huge sign in my yard showing another company is already replacing my roof. They knocked, waking up my dogs and a nursing baby. If they can’t read signs, I wouldn’t trust them to read a roofing contract either.

Worst company ever! They negotiate something with you then don’t honor it even when in writing. They claim to perform work they didn’t do then try to charge you. Awful company! DO NOT USE!!!!!

I despise this company. If you want roofers who can't properly put on roofs, and then threaten a lien against your home after they told you insurance would pay the remaining balance... then this is the company for you!

To make it long:
A year and a half ago, they told me I still owed money. After calling both my insurance provider and Apex roofing, I was assured that insurance would pay the remainder, and I didn't owe anything. Now, nearly 2 years after I was told I didn't owe anything they mailed me a paper that said they were going to file a lien against my home for an unpaid balance.
