Scott, his wife and team are first class all the way. Called about service and was here the next day. Talked about a new unit and they installed it 3 days later. Couldn’t be happier!

Americool gave me amazing service at a very fair price! My 20 year old a/c unit finally bit the dust. One call to Scott Jorgenson on Thursday and he was out that day to diagnose the problem. I received a very fair proposal the very next day and BOOM a new unit was installed on Monday. On Tuesday I called with a concern about a "high pitch" whistle coming from the air handler. I called Scott and he said he would be out within the hour. It was an easy fix. A new filter took care of the problem. Scott from Americool was absolutely fantastic. He immediately responded to a last minute desperate service need for sons birthday party and got our AC up and running immediately. Stayed past sunset, dinner time, and came back following day just to make sure we were comfortable and working smoothly. Needing a full replacement, his rate was fantastic, extremely competitive and the quality of job (more importantly) was incredible. I’ll be referring everyone to this business. With so many scams out there, overcharging, poor workmanship, lack of communication in the AC service industry, Scott and his company were the best in all categories I’ve experienced... read full review
