I called this morning to get a new lock installed on our front door. Jeff came out within 2 hours of my call. He was fast, professional and fixed our issue. We’re very happy and will definitely use his services again.

Wonderful guys really know their stuff too I bought a 2015 Mazda CX-9 online and when it was delivered it came with only 1 valet key and no fobs for the alarm I did find 3 uncut unprogramed keys the online had shipped in an envelope in the glove box when I called and questioned them . Longer story short . No locksmith wanted any part of this wanted me to buy all new keys from them for range of $750 to $900 Then I found A true PROFESSIONAL A GENTLEMAN THAT STILL BELIEVES IN TRADITIONAL VALUES AND FAIR PRICING AND MOST IMPORTANTLY HONESTY . Was ready to change out new builder lock sets on our home and searched / made calls for a few days. Gave up on a few recommendations as experience was short and costs not in line.After a final attempt yesterday, we found American Lock & Key. Called and spoke to Jeff (owner). He said he didn’t have his schedule at the moment and said he could fit me in tomorrow and would call.Jeff followed through, called and came out that afternoon.Locks were installed quickly and without issues. Jeff’s experience was evident and was very professional.Thank you, Jeff! Will recommend AL&K to others.
