Could not have gone better. Turned out my 18 year old roof was in very bad shape, through no fault of American Hero, thank goodness for Evan, he oversaw the whole process with great professionalism. I now have a new safe great looking roof, with no worries.
The roof quality is good but needs final inspection. We are working the paperwork issue that lacked resolution from four years ago, when the roof was installed. It was difficult getting traction at first, and one person was very disrespectful. The contractor is now working diligently to resolve the issue. I will update this review upon successful resolution.07252022 UPDATE: As it turns out, American Hero had changed ownership earlier this year. The new owners inherited these issues from the past, including ours. This said, the new owners owned up to it and helped us resolve this issue.
