I’ve been seeing Dr. Sylvester via telehealth for almost a year now, and there is absolutely nothing to complain about. All of the staff are very quick to respond to texts/emails, and I feel genuinely cared about by everyone. Dr. Sylvester is the perfect example of an excellent doctor with clinical expertise, who doesn’t act like a robot that only views you as a number. He’s like the fun uncle that you always look forward to having real talk with, and who I can confidently say has my back.
Dr Sylvesters practice is the best hands down from Lindsey and Austin at the front desk whom are very pleasant and extremely helpful when a person is in a bind they go above and beyond to help you out and I have been see by Dr Sylvester him self Sandra Hatfield and Kelli Reed and they are the best in the business and I would recommend them to anyone keep on being awesome!!
