Responsive, communicative, knowledgeable and affordable! Brian and his team at 911 Mold Pros are my go-to Mold Remediation company. They are extremely knowledgeable, and taught me so much about microbial growth, how it’s caused, how to fix it, and how to proactively fight against it. They were extremely communicative, and very competitively priced. If you are having any mold issues, do yourself a favor and give Brian and 911 Mold Pros a call! 10/10 recommend.
We had a slight panic attack when we found mold in our home. With being new to the area we had no idea where to turn. We came across 911 mold pros and I am so grateful we did. I called Brian at 845 on a Saturday night in straight panic not thinking he would answer. I got an immediate response and he assured us he would take care of us. He had me text him pictures and gave us his opinion from the pictures and said he would come out tomorrow (Sunday before Labor Day) to make sure our family was safe and to let us know the severity of it. If you have mold problems, Brian is your guy. It's rare to find someone as professional and capable as they are honest, but Brian just checks off all these boxes. His integrity is unquestionable. For example, he knew that I have young kids, and so he moved his schedule around so as to complete an inspection of my house almost immediately. He then gave me a breakdown of what needed to happen to fix the problem, and ended up underselling himself in the process. I can't recommend him enough!
