They were great to my puppy and I. She got all her shots and we were in and out. The plans are reasonable and what is great is that there is a Banfield practically in everywhere. The doctor was friendly and explained her treatment. The nurse and front staff were attentive. I was very happy. Don't have name for my blue eye miniature schnauzer suggestions appreciated. It's either Snow or Winter.

My husband and I are happy with this location. We just moved back from Texas to Florida. Our pup was found in Texas with many health issues that we always look for good vets to help him out. We took him to the vet on Friday and we decided on getting their plan that includes everything. For the past two years since finding him, we have spent over thousands of dollars on the health of our pup. Now the cost is almost nothing using their plan. What makes it overall the best experience is the welcoming faces of the ladies at the front and the care of the nurses and vets in this location. I really appreciate everything they do for Roscoe and I know that we will be getting their plan for our cats as well. I truly recommend everybody and any body to this location.

The amount of phone calls you receive from this practice is insane! i am aware of my pets benefits and what Banfield "thinks" they are due for. I have repeatedly declined dental treatments as they are only offered under anesthesia but I still get HARASSED via email, text and phone call to schedule. my dog did not do well under anesthesia last time so it is no longer recommended but apparently still warrants a phone call every single month. for the last 6 months every single rep advises that they have noted the account but yet i get a phone call the following month. stop!
