I just called them yesterday and they sent a plumber today. His name is MUSA he was very professional did fantastic job left everything very clean. Explain in detail what was the problem and he fix it right away. I strongly recommend this company as this gentleman Was very professional.
I'm revisiting this review in 2025 to say that Ward's Plumbing continues to provide reliable, professional and well-priced service. I'm glad to support them! Original review: I left a message with Ward's Plumbing one night recently after discovering my water heater was leaking--not unexpected after 15 years. Ward's returned my call first thing the next morning and came out that afternoon. Within an hour, I had a new water heater, and it's been working great. Thank you Ward's for your fast follow-up and professional, reasonably priced service!
