I would like to thank Francine for how she handled a situation that needed immediate attention with our HOA account. Francine, came through with a Cape on like superwoman 🦸♀️. She's professional, understanding & courteous. These are all qualities that are expected of an employee involved with business transactions, money, accounting, paperwork, phone calls & emails. This was our first encounter with Victory Accounting Services. Our property management company failed to accurately prepare and provide our financial reports.
The owner finally recognized that he had a serious accounting nightmare and hired Victory for a few of his properties.
Vicki, the owner of Victory, worked tirelessly along with her team and after a diligent and meticulous investigation produced corrected financials.
As they continued to work on the account multiple errors were discovered and Christy made sure that the resident accounts were corrected and the Estoppels accurate.
