Supercuts served it's purpose today. I needed my bangs trimmed and about 2 inches cut. I also received a coupon in the mail for a $13.00 cut. Works for me today. Nothing too complicated. Front of the store has hours and credit cards accepted. Inside the decor was nice and check in was quick even for someone who had never been in before. They ask for name and phone number. I was next up as there was no one in front of me. The stylist was okay. Not super friendly but not not unfriendly. Told her I what I needed and she then started the upselling process. Sherry is GREAT at cutting men's hair and has a great memory for things you've said to her during a visit. Feels like getting a haircut from a friend. In fact, everyone at this location is friendly. The store is always kept clean. And, the fact that it has great prices is merely a bonus.

Caryn got the best scissor-hands on this side of the Mississippi. She actually listens to what I say when I come in with a new haircut idea. And she remembers what is going on in my life - really makes you feel at home. If I could I'd give six stars.
