I'm always seen on time, Dr Shecter is kind, caring and very thorough. The staff is friendly and efficient, I've been a patient for many years and I receive great care.

The staff are horrible and quite rude. My wife was a patient so I decided to see the doctor also. My 1st appointment was scheduled at 8:30am, this is the time they open. First time patient, I provided my insurance and other details over the phone and printed their intake paperwork 8:45 I asked when they would see me, they didn't contact the insurance company yet and the girl up front (arrived at 8:40) said she needs to work on my paperwork. I asked how long and she responds rudely I just said I'm working on your paperwork and another staff member dressed in scrubs chimes in we need to verify insurance.
