Joe Rubin went above and beyond to accomodate my family from out of town, as well as helping to make the entire process as easy as possible under the circumstances of losing our beloved mother/grandmother/great grandmother.

My Mom passed away in August 2021 so I didn't have the bandwidth to leave the review in the aftermath with my grief but Funerals of loved ones are a part of life. Joe Rubin works so hard to help families. My Mom passed away at 2:22 am & Joe Rubin called me shortly after to let me know he had my Mom's body & what the next steps would be. Mom's body needed to be flown to NY where she is now buried. Joe had to make all the arrangements for the flight and coordinate with the funeral home affiliate in LI NY who conducted the actual funeral service and they were excellent.
