My wife brought her pocketbook in for a repair. She was greeted by a very friendly woman, who gave her a very reasonable estimate. The lady provided a very convenient date when the repair would be completed. The pocketbook was ready when promised and the repair was excellent. Great experience; we will return when we need other repairs
This is a local business that does good work. I took in a pair of boots to get re-heeled. The price was fair and they quoted me 5 days, though they could have got them done sooner if I needed them. I did not, so I told her take her time.
Brought in a Pair of Alligator dress shoes. Previous repair by different establishment hadn't lasted a year... Ruben's repaired them too like new and upon payment, was HALF the price i was expecting...Only Shoe Repair Shop I'll ever use.
