This was our first time using Pet Spot. Brett came highly recommended as a groomer who is expert with difficult dogs. Our 9lb Cheweenie, Alvin, is a rescue with severe PTSD. No groomer has been able to get him to cooperate. Within minutes of meeting Brett, Alvin was laying on the grooming table letting Brett do whatever he wanted! Alvie was putty in Brett’s hands! We already booked two more appointments for our Alvin and our other rescue, Douglas.

I’ve been bringing my senior dog here for about five years and have always had a great experience. The owner, Brett, is especially wonderful with my dog. He’s incredibly gentle and patient with her, which means a lot since she’s older and needs a little extra care. Every time I pick her up, she looks beautiful and well-groomed. I highly recommend them!

Pet Spot was amazing! They booked my dog’s bath and nail trim the same day, which was a huge help with a newborn at home. The staff was so kind. When they saw my baby crying, they finished in under an hour, texted me when my dog was ready, and even walked him out to my car so I didn’t have to juggle both a crying baby and pup on a leash. Such thoughtful, excellent service. We’ll definitely be back!
