I'm giving this location a 5 because the gal behind the desk offered to call me when my appointment was ready. I didn't have to sit in the waiting room . ( there was a 1.1/2 hour waiting time) I live not even 2 min away . Everyone was helpful & pleasant. I suffer yearly with sinus infection & got a Covid Test just as a precaution.

I go to this urgent care whenever I need something medical, as I haven't found a primary care doctor here yet. I have gone there for several illnesses as well as an EKG and a routine physical for employment. The staff is great. The receptionist is always friendly and helpful, the nurse is quick and efficient, and the doctors are wonderful, too. Everyone goes above and beyond. I also haven't experienced much of a wait here, even without an appointment. I do go first thing when they open, so I recommend that if you are able to.

Wow..Isn't it Amazing how you can go to 2 different Locations of the Same company, MDNOW on Federal Hwy & Woolbrite Rd vs. GATEWAY & CONGRESS AVE and have a completely different Reviews. Anyway Today, 9/10/21- I had gone to MDNOW to get myself Covid-19 Tested & hopefully see if i had Upper Respiratory, because I was so Hoarse.I walked in Gal at the Counter took my info,& told me to have a Seat,The place inside & outside is Very Clean,I didn't wait Very long for them to Take me,We went into the back office, a Cute Gentleman took my Vital Signs.Then he took the Samples up my Nostrils of the Covid Test.When he was Done he to me that the Dr. Would be in to see me.Dr came...read full review
