Super unprofessional and lack of communication. I’ve tried other accountants and this service is by far the worse. Barley responds and doesn’t let you know what’s happening. If I could rate less than a 1 star I would.

DO NOT TRUST MARK TO DO YOUR TAXES!!! I paid Mark $750 to do my businesses taxes and he filed my businesses taxes late without informing me and lied to me saying everything was taken care of. The IRS sent me a bill for $900 because Mark filed the taxes late without filing for an extension and did not tell me about it. Once I told Mark about the bill with the IRS he did not take any accountability for his mistakes and for lying, and instead he hung up on all of my phone calls and proceeded with blocking all contact with me. Mark is not trustworthy and he never made any attempt to fix the issues he caused with my business and the IRS. Do not trust Mark to do your taxes!!!

My daughter paid this group $250.00 about a month ago. This was needed for her mortgage in the development she is buying a condo. A form was to be filled out and returned to the Mortgage Broker and this form is still not filled out and not returned. Her closing is being held up and I think it's disgraceful that this company was quick to take the money...cash the check...but not deliver. I would not recommend this company!!!
