Bought a new air conditioner in January. Unfortunately my drain pipe clogged today. Called Kyzar and Johnathan, from the company, was here within 4 hours. They did not charge me for the service since it was only 4 months since it had been installed. Johnathan was very professional and took care of the problem. Since I believe I share the drain pipe with the upstairs condo and they have been doing a lot of renovations the problem occurred. I would highly recommend this company and especially Johnathan, the repair gentleman.
This company is amazing!!! Devon came out today, on a Sunday, to provide a 2nd opinion on my brand new AC install from another company (ECM) that continued to fail over the last 2 weeks. Devon was extremely knowledgable, professional, and spent more time on the diagnostic report today than the other company did in 3 visits. Devon found the issue and sent me a detailed report with photos. I am so grateful that I called Kyvar for a 2nd opinion! I wish I had known of this company when I purchased the equipment. Also, the person on the phone was also extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgable, and they had Devon out very quickly. This experience was absolutely excellent at every touchpoint.
