Matt actually listened to the goals I had with my haircut. I had a not-so-great experience at another salon a few weeks ago, but Matt fixed everything and made my hair come alive again! I was a customer of Stephanie’s for many years, and I was sad when I heard she left. But I have to say, Matt took away any apprehensions I was having about trying a new stylist. He will be my new stylist from now on! (Please don’t leave!, lol) Thank you so much!
I am so incredibly impressed with Josephine and Hot Heads as a whole. I suffer from hair anxiety and struggle to follow up with haircuts. Josephine made me feel comfortable right away and ensured we would be conservative as to not cut off too much. She really listened and did exactly what I hoped for. She’s extremely personable, empathetic, and just a kind person. She also recommended some products specific to my needs. I totally trust her and highly recommend everyone check out this salon!
