Hoffman Chiropractic is a family-owned practice with two generations of chiropractors - Dr. Jeffrey S. Hoffman and Dr. Jared Hoffman, both Palmer graduates. Hoffman has been serving the Palm Beach County community since 1981, while Dr. Jared Hoffman has experience treating athletes at Bethune Cookman University. The practice provides care for a wide range of conditions, including car accidents, sports injuries, pregnancy, first responders, slip and fall incidents, arthritis, disc herniations, headaches, and sciatica. Appointments with Dr. Breezy are my favorite. She is so kind, very informative, and genuinely cares about her patients! I’ve been her patient for many years and even drive almost an hour for my adjustments. I couldn’t go to anyone else after having such a high level of care. My whole family comes to this office! Dr. Jared Hoffman and his office is filled with caring and kind individuals. It's a family office, and they truly treat their patients like friends and family. I had an unfortunate slip and herniated a disc. Dr. Hoffman's office accepted me as a new patient and saw me the first business day. Dr. Hoffman clearly explained what was happening and his approach to helping me heal. The goal at the moment was to be more comfortable, and he delivered that goal from the very first day. I have never been to a chiropractor prior to this, and I am so glad I found him. Thank you, Dr. Hoffman (and family). I truly owe you a lot!
