Heritage Carpet & Tile, LLC is a huge wholesale impressive title company with lots of staff and options. They don’t work with the public. Several vehicles and warehouses. Not a bad place to deliver; the dock is a little tricky to get into but isn’t hard, though getting out is kinda difficult. Fast unloading. Very good work is done by this team. Getting in contact may be a bit difficult sometimes, but they do come through and get the job done.
This company handled both the carpet installation and subsequent repairs in my home, and it’s clear why they have so many negative reviews. The workmanship has been consistently poor, and the issues have not been properly resolved. It’s honestly concerning that Minto chose this company to perform installation work across the new town-homes in the Terraces community.

We paid over 25k for flooring in our new home, flooring was not installed correctly they sent out installers to fix it and they made it worse. They sent out another crew to fix and still not done right. Now the floor has failed after 2 years and they will not return emails or phone calls. I would not recommend them for any flooring. They are a home builder company after one year they are done with you. Stay away from this company. I own a flooring company in another state but had to use them threw kolther homes.
