This was my first experience with this shop and I have to say what a great experience. I went online and scheduled my appt (I am not a fan of online but it wasn't bad). My hair is long and I just wanted 2 inches cut. Natacha did a great job in listening to what I wanted and the finished trim was perfect

I started going to great clips to save money…only $18 for a haircut then you can give a nice tip. I’ve had several different stylists and had good experiences from all. As I got more into a routine and would go around the same day and time , I would tend to get Rose again and again, and she’s the best! Rose is diligent and talented and knows how to work with my hair. She used a different tool last time to achieve the look I was asking her for. Im lucky I found the hair salon secret of Boynton Beach!

So I went in for a haircut on Veterans Day with a $2.00 off coupon and wouldn't you know I was greeted with a smile, taken back for my cut early(which I love), received exactly what I requested(high and tight) and to make my experience even better, my haircut was free!!! Veterans receive a free haircut on Veterans Day, Woohoo!!!! So, I proceeded to give her a $15.00 tip, which is really only $5.00 more than my usual tip. Thanks Great Clips, for continuing to give fantastic service, prompt service and supporting our local Veterans!!!!
