My experience with this Office to date has been a pleasant experience. The Office Team is friendly, organized, expedient & knowledgeable. The Doctor has always been very attentive, answers questions & very knowledgeable. Overall, for someone who arrived to my 1st visit neverous & a bit scared, the Office's overall vibe calmed me immediately as they are very calm, professional & organized. The Doctor & his team work together seamlessly & by the time my appointment was done I left with all my questions answered & my Colonoscopy schedule with all necessary information on how to proceed leading up toy appointment.
The staff was excellent at the appointment scheduling! Dr. Strippoli save my life! He knew exactly what to do quickly, & I couldn’t be happier to feel this well! Hey Stephanie, I need the endoscopy at the outpatient center was amazing! As frightened as I was, When I woke up, I asked when do we get started? They said you’re all finished! Five star across the board
The staff are communicative and so very friendly.. They make scheduling, and checking in, and out easy (even if there are difficult directions.)The wait time is usually brief (10-20 minutes).Dr Strippoli has great bedside manner, explains procedures for the regular person and will answer questions until you understand. He has been my Gastro go to for 8 years!
