Our experience with Shimi and Friendly A/C was exceptional. We have had many technicians from other a/c companies come in the past but was referred to Friendly a few months ago. Family members already have used them and their customer service, friendly and professional attitude certainly earns their name. Shimi diagnosed and analyzed my whole system with ways to improve the efficiency which I am implementing now! This was the first time Shimi came to our home and I made him promise he will be the one to service it from now on since he was so sweet! Thank you!
